Wisconsin Tech Summit  à  There was great interest in healthcare and AI at the Summit in March.  A panel from UW Health, Marshfield, and Advocate Aurora discussed priorities for their health systems.  Doug Barton, CEO of UBIX.AI, made eleven presentations to major Wisconsin companies.

“Deep Medicine – How AI Can Make Healthcare Human Again”  à  Eric Topol’s new book is very timely.  Average clinic visits last only 7 or 12 minutes, for established or new patients.  As a result, patients describe their physicians as “Hurried, Rushed, and Busy”.    AI can help physicians in quickly getting relevant patient information, so they can spend more time talking with their patients.
